TENDER DESCRIPTION

The parking hall is to be executed as a closed building to ensure both heatability and adequate protection of the vehicles. Within the hall, a fixed, drivable roadway is to be provided. The workpaths are to be constructed with a clear width of 1.00 m. Suitable gate systems, for example folding or sectional doors, are to be provided for the entry and exit of vehicles. In addition to the hall, operationally necessary ancillary rooms are to be planned. These include two WC facilities, a break and rest room, as well as storage rooms for operating materials, cleaning agents, and tools. These rooms are to be arranged functionally, economically, and operationally sensibly and connected to the parking hall.
