TENDER DESCRIPTION

Full-scale refurbishment including an energy-efficiency measure of the Rathaus site Münchner Straße 70- in Unterföhring and the underground car park located there, with the following key objectives: -Conversion/redesign of office and workspace areas (also with a view to the most flexible possible usage concepts) and creation of a room schedule arranged as flexibly as possible; for this purpose, there is already a room concept that was originally intended for a new build. -Due to changes in the framework conditions, the new build will not be implemented by the municipality. However, the room concept should be adopted into the newly to be created room schedule to the greatest extent possible, insofar as this is possible without additional costs. -Currently there are 84 workplaces in the building. These are to be increased to at least 90 workplaces. -Creation of spaces for staff to stay and socialize for the municipality’s staff. -Creation and/or improvement of barrier-free accessibility and the ability to reach the individual offices.
