TENDER DESCRIPTION

-There are currently 84 workplaces in the building. These are to be increased to at least 90 workplaces. -Creation of lounges and social rooms for the municipality’s staff. As part of the comprehensive renovation, the building, old town hall, built in 1972, is to be refurbished to an energy-efficient and modern standard. The following requirements must be complied with without fail: - Creation or improvement of accessibility and reachability of the individual offices. The municipality comprises a total of six offices, four of which mainly perform duties under public law during the party consultation hours. - Implementation of 5 “faction rooms” and 2 council chambers—1 large council chamber for 24 members of the municipal council, administration, the press and citizens - 1 small council chamber for 9 committee members, administration and, if applicable, citizens - Carrying out an energy refurbishment in accordance with the currently applicable statutory standards, as well as the re-implementation of a media infrastructure for a modern working environment
