The Waste Disposal and Urban Cleaning Operation Paderborn (ASP) is a municipal undertaking (Eigenbetrieb) of the City of Paderborn. As a modern, customer-oriented service provider, it performs tasks in the field of waste management and disposal, street cleaning, winter service, and parking space management. Due to insufficient space capacities in the area of the sign-making, traffic lights (LSA), and carpentry workshops, a new workshop building is to be constructed on the central construction and operations yard of the City of Paderborn in the area of the bulk-material box premises. The construction site is located at An der Talle 21, 33102 Paderborn. The City of Paderborn’s central construction and operations yard (ZBB) and/or the ASP were established in the 1990s. At this location, the operational areas of the City of Paderborn are housed, with the exception of the municipal drainage operation.
