The Abfallentsorgungs- und Stadtreinigungsbetrieb Paderborn (ASP) is a municipal enterprise (Eigenbetrieb) of the City of Paderborn. As a modern and customer-oriented service provider, it performs tasks in the areas of waste management and disposal, street cleaning, winter services, and parking space management. Due to insufficient space capacities in the area of signage workshops, traffic signal installations (LSA) workshops, and carpentry workshops, a new workshop building is to be constructed in the area of the bulk material boxes at the central construction and operations yard of the City of Paderborn. The construction site is located at An der Talle 21 in 33102 Paderborn. The Central Construction and Operations Yard of the City of Paderborn (ZBB) and/or of the ASP was built in the 1990s. At this location, the operational divisions of the City of Paderborn are housed, with the exception of the municipal drainage operator.
