TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 7 - Technical Building Equipment HLS - subject of this invitation to tender. The scope of work includes the HLS technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI in performance phases 1-9 for the operations building, the workshop, the vehicle hall and the heating engineering building. BIM planning is envisaged. The overall BIM coordination will most likely be carried out by the project management. As part of the project, a water-law approval has already been submitted, including an approval procedure with the lower building permit authority. With regard to all planning services, commissioning is intended in stages. Performance phases 1-4 are to be commissioned first, followed by performance phases 5-9. Cost framework: Preliminary eligible costs (net) result for TGA building: KG 400: EUR 497,454.00; KG 410: EUR 94,500.00; KG 420: EUR 277,954.00; KG 430: EUR 125,000.00.
