Lot 7 – Technical Building Equipment HLS – Subject of this invitation to tender. The scope of work includes the technical building equipment HLS in accordance with § 55 HOAI in performance phases 1-9 for the operations building, the workshop, the vehicle hall and the heating technology building. Planning using BIM is planned. The overall BIM coordination will most likely be carried out by the project management consultant. As part of the project, a water law permit has already been submitted, including an approval procedure with the lower building permit authority (lower Baugenehmigungsbehörde). With regard to all planning services, phased commissioning is planned. First, performance phases 1-4 are to be commissioned, and subsequently performance phases 5-9.
