TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Rosche intends to build a new kindergarten in 29571 Rosche, Ringstraße 2 (Flurstück 6/64, of Flur 7, Gemarkung Rosche) with two kindergarten groups of 25 children each, in addition to a kindergarten group of 10 children. It is planned to construct a new kindergarten on the aforementioned property in solid construction, at ground level. The new building is to be erected with the rooms required for an operating permit for a day-care facility (Kindertagesstätte) with the aforementioned groups, in accordance with the Lower Saxony Act on Day-Care Centres and Childcare (NKiTaG) and the statutory instrument implementing the Lower Saxony Act on Day-Care Centres and Childcare (DVO-NKiTaG), as currently in force. Accordingly, two group rooms are to be provided, each with at least 50 m² of floor area, as well as one group room with at least 25 m², supplemented by the required cloakroom areas and the prescribed sanitary facilities for children.
