TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Rosche intends to construct a new kindergarten in 29571 Rosche, Ringstraße 2 (parcel 6/64, of parcel 7, cadastral district Rosche) with two kindergarten groups of 25 children each, plus an additional kindergarten group for 10 children. It is planned to build a new kindergarten in solid construction, at ground level, on the aforementioned property. The new building shall be erected with the premises required for an operating licence for a day-care centre with the above-mentioned groups, in accordance with the Lower Saxony Act on Day-Care Centres for Children and Childminding (NKiTaG) and the statutory instrument for implementing the Lower Saxony Act on Day-Care Centres for Children and Childminding (DVO-NKiTaG), in their currently applicable version. Accordingly, two group rooms are to be provided, each with at least 50 m² of floor area, as well as one group room with at least 25 m², supplemented by the required cloakroom areas and the prescribed sanitary facilities for children.
