TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Sehnde plans the construction of the heating centre for the Kooperative Gesamtschule in Sehnde. The school site consists of various buildings. The buildings belong to different construction eras. The first building (component A) was built in 1954. The last building (component W) was built in 2020. Overall, the net floor area extends to 17,000.00 m². The buildings meet the requirements for thermal insulation and energy efficiency that applied at the time of their respective construction years. Partial refurbishments have been carried out on some building components, mainly window replacements. This must be taken into account.
