TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Sehnde plans the construction of the heating plant for the Cooperative Comprehensive School in Sehnde. The school site consists of various buildings. The buildings originate from different building age categories. The first building (component A) was erected in 1954. The last building (component W) was erected in 2020. In total, the net floor area extends to 17,000.00 m². The buildings meet the requirements for thermal insulation and energy efficiency that were applicable at the time of their respective construction years. Partial refurbishments have been carried out on some parts of the buildings, mainly window replacements. This must be taken into account.
