TENDER DESCRIPTION

To ensure that this procedure runs in parallel with the already ongoing procedure covering lot 1 object planning and lot 4 structural engineering, published on 14.07.2026, No. 486182-2026, the local system-related lot 1 HVAC (HLS) is designated as lot 2 HVAC (HLS): The required planning and engineering services are to be awarded in five specialist lots. • Lot 1 includes the architect services for object planning for buildings and interior spaces, • Lot 2 includes the engineering services for technical building equipment in the area of heating, ventilation and plumbing (sanitary) (plant group No. 1-3), • Lot 3 includes the engineering service for technical building equipment in the area of electrical engineering (plant group § 53(2) No. 4-8 HOAI), • Lot 4 includes the engineering service for structural engineering (structural planning) • Lot 5 includes the architect service for outdoor facilities planning.
