TENDER DESCRIPTION

To ensure continuity of this procedure with the already ongoing procedure for Lot 1 object planning and Lot 4 structural engineering planning, published on 14.07.2026, No. 486182-2026, the system-related Lot 1 TGA HLS referred to here is designated as Lot 2 TGA HLS: The required planning and engineering services shall be awarded in five specialist lots. • Lot 1 includes the architectural services for object planning of buildings and indoor spaces, • Lot 2 the engineering services for building services engineering in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitation (plant group No. 1-3), • Lot 3 the engineering service for building services engineering in the field of electrical (plant group § 53(2) No. 4-8 HOAI), • Lot 4 the engineering service for structural engineering planning, • Lot 5 the architectural service for outdoor facilities planning. The aforementioned lot is awarded separately in a national procurement procedure in accordance with § 3(9) VgV.
