TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Arnsberg – Neheim wastewater treatment plant is being replanned throughout the entire wastewater sector, as it has highly outdated mechanical and electrical technology (often 20 and over 30 years old). Due to the tight spare parts situation and the no longer sufficiently effective mechanical treatment, the new construction of a mechanical treatment plant including inlet screw pumping station, screening and grit chamber as well as the renewal of the primary clarifier scraper is to be implemented as a priority measure. Objectives of the measures: • Safe wastewater conveyance by screw pumps for the new mechanical wastewater treatment for combined sewage inflow up to QM: 880 l/s • Reliable removal of substances > 5 mm • Reliable removal of sand > 0.2 mm • Reliable primary sludge and floating sludge removal A new screw pumping station, a new screening facility and a new grit chamber are planned in parallel with ongoing operations.
