TENDER DESCRIPTION

The outdoor facilities at Hardenberg Castle in Velbert are being redesigned. The aim is to develop an ensemble of building and outdoor facilities for the Neviges community and guests at Hardenberg Castle as a regional attraction and anchor point in northern Neanderland, as well as an attractive park with recreational and play facilities. Due to the size of the construction measure, it has been divided into 4 construction phases. The scope of the planning service of this tender is the redesign of the outdoor facilities of construction phase BA 04. The redesign of the outdoor facilities at Hardenberg Castle has already begun. BA 04 is divided into two areas. The measures include 1. in BA 04.1 the play and sports facilities in the area of the underground rainwater retention basin north of the transformer (property of the Ruhrverband) and 2. in BA 04.2 the “community garden,” the “wild hill” and the adjoining play and themed gardens to the south.
