TENDER DESCRIPTION
The outdoor facilities at Schloss Hardenberg in Velbert are being redesigned. The goal is to develop an ensemble of building and outdoor facility for the Neviges citizens and guests at Schloss Hardenberg as a regional attraction and anchor point in the northern Neanderland, as well as an attractive park with recreational and play opportunities. Due to the size of the construction project, it has been divided into 4 construction phases. The scope of planning services in this tender is the redesign of the outdoor facilities of construction phase BA 04. The redesign of the outdoor facilities at Schloss Hardenberg has already started. BA 04 is divided into two areas. The measures include 1. in BA 04.1 the play and sports facilities in the area of the underground rainwater retention basin north of the transformer (property of the Ruhrverband) and 2. in BA 04.2 the "community garden", the "wild hill" and the adjacent play and theme gardens to the south. BA 01 is expected to be completed in summer 2026. Completion of BA 02 is planned for September 2026.
