TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject and objective of the service Part 1: The purpose of this service description is the preparation of the bill of quantities for the construction execution of the overhead line system (HOAI service phase 6, preparation for the award) on the basis of the existing design planning (service phase 3). Special feature of the processing sequence: Contrary to the usual chronological sequence of the HOAI service phases, service phase 6 is brought forward for this project and is to be provided before the preparation of the construction execution planning (service phase 5, see Part 2 of this document). The objective is to prepare the bill of quantities ready for construction execution at an early stage based on the design planning in order to advance the subsequent tendering of the construction service. The construction execution planning (Part 2) is carried out by the same contractor who has already been commissioned with the preparation of the bill of quantities (Part 1, LPH 6) and subsequently details the design planning; any adjustments resulting from this that affect the bill of quantities must be communicated by the contractor immediately to the awarding authority (Gemeinde…
