Scope of services: - Part 1 - Detailed design/execution planning (service phase 5 HOAI) for the pedestrian overpass, including the specialist components Structural engineering (KIB), 50 Hz power supply installations and line and signaling technology / track equipment (LST & STE) - Part 1.1 - Review of the execution planning by EBA-approved reviewers, with regard to the respective specialist areas, Structural engineering (KIB), 50 Hz power supply installations, as well as line and signaling technology / track equipment (LST & STE) - Part 2 - Procurement preparation (service phase 6 HOAI): preparation of the bill of quantities (scope of work/BOQ) for the construction works of the pedestrian overpass based on the execution planning prepared in Part 1, as well as assistance with procurement (service phase 7 HOAI). All three parts are subject to the same procurement procedure and will be awarded to the same contractor. The shoring of the excavation pit and woodland clearance are not part of this description of services.
