TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes services for Technical Equipment in accordance with the German Fees Regulation for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), Part 4, specialist planning, Section 2 Technical Equipment. It is intended to award plant groups 1 to 6 in service phases (LPh) 1 to 9 in whole or in part, and also special services, in accordance with Section 55 of the HOAI. The services will be commissioned in stages; at the time the contract is concluded, LPh 1 to 2 will first be commissioned, followed by further services in accordance with Section 5 of the contract. The Borough of Mitte plans a comprehensive refurbishment of component 2 (daycare building) at the site of Gesundbrunnen Primary School at Prinzenallee 9, 13357 Berlin. The sanitary facilities are to be converted and extended, the building services are to be restored, accessibility for the building (including, among other things, the installation of a lift) is to be created, fire protection, AMOK and acoustics concepts are to be prepared and implemented, and an energy-related window refurbishment including solar shading is to be carried out.
