TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes services for building services engineering in accordance with Part 4, Specialist Planning, Section 2 Building Services Engineering of the Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers). It is intended to award plant groups 1 to 6 in performance phases (LPh) 1 to 9 in whole or in part in accordance with Section 55 of the HOAI, as well as special services. The services will be commissioned in stages; upon contract award initially LPh 1 to 2, followed by further services pursuant to Section 5 of the contract. The Borough of Mitte plans an overall refurbishment of component 2 (after-school care building) at the site of Gesundbrunnen Primary School at Prinzenallee 9, 13357 Berlin. The sanitary facilities are to be converted and expanded, building services are to be repaired, accessibility for the building (including by installing and/or adding an elevator) is to be created, and fire protection, AMOK and acoustics concepts are to be prepared and implemented, as well as an energy-efficient window refurbishment including sun protection.
