Planning services have already been provided in the field of "Technical Equipment" according to §§ 55 ff. HOAI 2021, Service Phases 1 - 4. The subject of the procedure is planning services for the service description "Technical Equipment" according to §§ 55 ff. HOAI 2021, Service Phases 5 - 9. The current building consists of an original building from 1965. In 1994, this building was enlarged and extended by a gymnasium adjoining it. The main building was laterally expanded in 2008 by an extension called OGS. Today, the dining hall and the library are located there. The building has a net floor area of 3,807 m2, a heated building volume of 9,738 m3, and a shell surface area of 4,995 m2.
