The subject of the procedure is planning services for the scope of services "Building Services Engineering" pursuant to §§ 55 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 3 - 9. The current building consists of an original building, built in 1965. In 1994, this building was expanded and, in connection with it, extended by a gymnasium. In 2008, the main building was expanded to the side by an extension known as the OGS. Today, the dining hall and the library are located in it. The building has a net floor area of 3,807 m2, a heated building volume of 9,738 m3, and the envelope area is 4,995 m2.
