TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is planning services for the construction of the Sodinger Straße bridge for the scopes of services Engineering Structures § 43 ff. HOAI 2021 (service phases 1 to 9) and Structural Planning § 51 ff. HOAI 2021 (service phases 1 to 6). The planning services are to be provided using the BIM methodology in accordance with the Client Information Requirements (AIA) and the BIM Execution Plan (BAP). The Sodinger Straße in Herne crosses the Landwehrbach at km 2.69. The structure was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The structure consists of two adjacent culverts, a dry weather channel, and a flood overflow. The length of the culvert is 43.4 m. The dry weather channel is a spun concrete pipe with a diameter of 1.4 m. The flood overflow is a rectangular cross-section 5.5 m wide. In 2023, the bridge underwent a main inspection, which concluded with a condition rating of 3.4. Therefore, the structure is to be completely renewed.
