TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is planning services for the comprehensive upgrade of Karl-Marx-Straße in the Lindenberg district of the municipality of Ahrensfelde over a length of approx. 720 m. The scope of services includes in particular object planning for traffic facilities, object planning for rainwater drainage as well as specialist planning for street lighting, including the respective service phases. In addition, special services such as soil investigation, sewer inspection, engineering surveying, preparation and updating of a traffic concept, and on-site supervision of the project are to be provided. The aim is to plan and support the comprehensive road upgrade, taking into account the existing traffic, access routes for residents and property entrances, local public transport (ÖPNV), routes for emergency services and school routes, the existing utility line inventory, the existing stock of trees, and the existing drainage and lighting facilities.
