TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is planning services for the substantial upgrading of Karl-Marx-Straße in the Lindenberg district of the municipality of Ahrensfelde over a length of approx. 720 m. The scope of services includes, in particular, structural planning for the traffic facilities, structural planning for rainwater drainage as well as specialist planning for street lighting including the respective service phases. In addition, special services such as soil investigation, sewer inspection, engineering surveying, preparation and updating of a traffic concept, as well as on-site supervision of the project are to be provided. The aim is to plan and support the substantial upgrading of the road while taking into account the existing traffic, access routes for residents and properties, public transport (ÖPNV), emergency and school routes, the existing utility line inventory, the existing stock of trees, and the existing drainage and lighting facilities.
