Specialised planning services in accordance with HOAI §§55, 56 will be awarded. As part of building services planning, the contracting authority places particular value on coordinating energy generation in the circular economy sector with the energy demands of the buildings; here the focus is to be placed on achieving the greatest possible self-supply/utilisation of the own resources. A further focus is the resource-conserving approach of the overall project, i.e. land consumption through large-format ventilation ducts should be avoided; the contracting authority currently prefers decentralized ventilation systems (e.g. in the administration building per storey).
