TENDER DESCRIPTION

Specialist planning services are being awarded in accordance with HOAI §§55, 56. As part of the building services engineering planning, the client places particular emphasis on coordinating energy generation in the area of circular economy with the energy demands of the buildings, with a focus on maximum self-supply/use of own resources. Another priority is the resource-saving approach of the overall project, i.e., space consumption through large-format ventilation ducts should be avoided; the client currently prefers decentralized ventilation systems (e.g., per floor in the administration). Furthermore, passive cooling methods should be provided as far as possible for summer heat protection.
