TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the awarding of planning services for the refurbishment of the flat roofs of Building A. Based on current planning, the Bodenseekreis district (Landkreis Bodenseekreis) expects provisional total costs of approximately EUR 1.542 million gross. The current cost estimate regarding the costs eligible for consideration is based on the following assumptions: KG 300 approx. 912 TSD. € net, KG 400 approx. 112 TSD. €. The following scope of services is intended to be awarded: Basic services for planning of the building and interior spaces in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10.1 (building object planning), service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 according to the service profile in the Simmendinger table (see Appendix 3). Step-by-step and section-by-section commissioning is intended; in principle, there is no entitlement to further commissioning.
