TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of planning services for the refurbishment of the flat roofs of Building A. Based on the current planning, the district of Bodenseekreis expects preliminary total costs of approximately EUR 1.542 million gross. The current cost estimate regarding the costs eligible for consideration is based on the following assumptions: KG 300 approx. 912 TSD. € net, KG 400 approx. 112 TSD. €. The following scope of services is intended to be awarded: Basic services: planning of the building and interior spaces in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 (building object planning), service phases 1 to 3, as well as 5 to 9, in accordance with the service profile according to the Simmendinger table (see Annex 3). A phased and section-by-section assignment is intended; in principle, there is no entitlement to further assignment.
