The following services are to be provided for the object: 1. Object planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI - Basic services in accordance with Annex 10 HOAI, - Service phases 2–8 as a fixed-price contract, - Service phase 9 as an option; - all partial services for each service phase are to be provided. 2. Landscaping planning in accordance with § 39 HOAI - Basic services in accordance with Annex 11 HOAI, - Service phases 1–8 as a fixed-price contract, - Service phase 9 as an option; - all partial services for each service phase are to be provided.
