Object 1: Lagergebäude mit Hochregallager (Warehouse building with high-bay warehouse)

• Core Services (Grundleistungen):
• Gebäude und Innenräume (Building and Interiors): This includes services according to Annex 2, covering the basic services described in the HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers) for building and interiors. These services span Leistungsphasen (LPH) 1 through 7, which are: Basic Appraisal, Preliminary Design, Schematic Design, Approval Planning, Execution Planning, Preparation for Award of Contract, and Participation in Awarding of Contract.
• Tragwerksplanung (Structural Engineering): Involves relevant cost estimations.
• Technische Ausrüstung (Technical Equipment): Includes services for plant group 1 (Wastewater, Water, and Gas Systems), plant group 2 (Heating Systems), and plant group 3 (Air Handling Systems).
• Special Services (Besondere Leistungen) for Object 1:
• Gebäude und Innenräume: LPH 1 (surveying of open space, creation of site plans based on surveys, overall project coordination), LPH 2 (development of a catalog for planning and program objectives, investigation of sustainability and climate protection aspects), LPH 4 (verifications of technical, constructive, and building physics nature), LPH 7 (review and evaluation of alternative bids, technical preparation and participation in review procedures), LPH 8 (creation of a building logbook, creation of as-built drawings).
• Tragwerksplanung: LPH 2 (comparison calculations for multiple solution options under various object conditions, preparation of a load plan), LPH 4 (verifications for structural fire protection, static verifications for non-load-bearing constructions), LPH 5 (design and verifications of connections in steel and timber construction), LPH 8 (engineering control of the structural execution).

Object 2 (includes a freight elevator)

• Special Services (Besondere Leistungen) for Object 2:
• Tragwerksplanung: LPH 4 (verifications for structural fire protection), LPH 8 (engineering control of the structural execution, including 8 inspections, and engineering control of temporary construction aids).
