Planning services for the “Buildings and interior spaces” field of expertise in accordance with §§ 34 et seq. HOAI 2021, LPH 1 - 4, have already been provided. The subject of the procedure is planning services for the scope of services “Buildings and interior spaces” in accordance with §§ 34 et seq. HOAI 2021, LPH 5 - 9. The current building consists of an original building dating from 1965. In 1994, this building was enlarged and, connected to it, extended by a gymnasium. In 2008, the main building was extended on the side by an annex known as the OGS. The dining hall and the library are located within it. The building has a net floor area of 3,807 m2, a heated building volume of 9,738 m3, and the envelope area is 4,995 m2.
