TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The local municipality of Reichenbach-Steegen intends the comprehensive renovation and modernization of the existing kindergarten as well as the construction of an extension. For this purpose, architectural services for the building design are to be awarded. 2. The existing kindergarten shall be adapted to the current requirements regarding functionality, pedagogy, energy efficiency, accessibility, and fire protection. In addition, the planning of an extension is envisaged in order to create additional care and functional spaces and to cover the future needs of the facility. 3. The contract includes the necessary planning services of the building design according to §§ 33 et seq. HOAI for service phases 1-9, including coordination with the client, the specialist planners, and the involved authorities. The award will be made in stages. In the first step, the commissioning of service phases 1-4 takes place. After completion of service phases 1-4, the remaining service phases 5-9 will be commissioned.
