TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The local municipality of Reichenbach-Steegen intends the comprehensive renovation and modernization of the existing kindergarten as well as the construction of an extension. Architectural services for building object planning are to be awarded for this purpose. 2. The existing kindergarten is to be adapted to current requirements regarding functionality, pedagogy, energy efficiency, accessibility, and fire protection. In addition, the planning of an extension is intended to create additional care and functional areas and to cover the future needs of the facility. 3. The contract includes the necessary planning services for building object planning according to §§ 33 et seq. HOAI of service phases (LPH) 1-9, including coordination with the client, specialist planners, and involved authorities. The award is carried out in stages. In the first step, the contract is awarded for LPH 1-4. After completion of LPH 1-4, the remaining phases 5-9 will be commissioned. Further details are to be found in the contract documents. 1.
