TENDER DESCRIPTION

Fernwärme Teltow GmbH is the central heat supply utility for the city of Teltow and operates two modern heating plants with a total capacity of 46 MW. Today, the company supplies nearly two thirds of the population of Teltow via an approximately 54 km district heating network with about 1,128 transfer stations. Heat generation takes place mainly on the basis of natural gas, supplemented by the feed-in of regeneratively generated heat from a cooperation partner. Since 2012, FW Teltow has also been operating 13 photovoltaic plants with a total of 500 kWp and is thus the city’s largest producer of solar power. A qualified team of ten employees ensures operation, service and permanent emergency response service. FW Teltow stands for a secure, efficient and low-emission energy supply and continuously develops its network in order to meet the increasing requirements regarding sustainability and supply security. One of the current construction projects is the erection of a new administrative building on the existing plot at Osdorfer Straße 11 in Teltow.
