TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor (AN) develops solutions and calls for tenders based on the plans provided for the renovation and restoration of the sports areas of the client’s building (BV), consisting of external facilities (FA). In addition, the contractor (AN) is also responsible for the structural engineering (TW) services required for this as ancillary service. The contractor’s services include – in addition to the required basic services for these specialist planning services – if applicable also the coordination and integration of the electrical and lighting systems, the services for water supply and drainage, and all required TA for the property into the overall plan. As part of implementation, the contractor (AN) is responsible for planning and tendering these objects as FA and ensures the structural prerequisites such as connections etc. Accordingly, at least the following further additional services (ZL) must be provided as required services: • Review for compliance in accordance with DIN 18035 and documentation • Safety and escape routes concept • Fire protection evidence In connection with the above object planning, the bidder/contractor (AN), among other things, also prepares…
