TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor (AN) prepares solutions and tender documents based on the plans provided for the refurbishment and restoration of the sports areas of the BV, consisting of outdoor facilities (FA). The Contractor (AN) is also responsible for the required structural engineering services (TW) as an ancillary service. The Contractor’s (AN) services include—apart from the required basic services for these specialist planning services—if applicable also the coordination and integration of the respective electrical and lighting systems, services for drainage and water management, and all required TA of the property into the overall planning.
