TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State Capital Munich has had the project “New construction of a 5-form-entry secondary modern school with a three-court sports hall and outdoor sports areas on Prof. Eichmann Straße (Bauseweinallee), district boroughs 21/23, Pasing - Obermenzing / Allach – Untermenzing” approved under the 5th school building programme. The project is divided into two areas (school area and sports area) for on-time implementation. The service advertised here covers only the sports area and will be implemented first. The school area is not part of the service. Access to the sports area is to be provided via Weinschenkstraße. The aim is to complete the sports area by the end of 2030. Subsequently, the school area is to be implemented. The sports area includes the new construction of an association building with outdoor areas. The room programme for the new construction provides, among other things, collective changing rooms, individual changing rooms, as well as one changing room for everyone including the associated wash areas.
