TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the new construction of the equipment depot of the Volunteer Fire Department Allach, Eversbuschstraße 134, Munich. The planning services will be awarded for plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 (wastewater, water and gas systems, heating supply systems, air-technical systems and building automation). The scope of services includes the required basic services of the contracted service phases in accordance with HOAI, including the necessary special services. The planning is to be carried out in accordance with the functional and operational requirements of a fire station equipment depot and in compliance with all relevant legal, technical and fire protection regulations. The services include in particular the planning, sizing and configuration of the technical systems and the preparation of the required planning and execution documents. The specialist planning is to be coordinated with the other parties involved in the planning and aligned to a cost-effective, functional and sustainable implementation of the construction project.
