TENDER DESCRIPTION

The capital city of Munich (Landeshauptstadt München) had the project “New construction of a 5-form-entry secondary school with triple sports hall and outdoor sports areas on Prof. Eichmann Straße (Bauseweinallee), boroughs 21/23, Pasing - Obermenzing / Allach – Untermenzing” approved under the 5th school construction programme. For timely implementation, the project is divided into two areas (school area and sports area). The service tendered here covers only the sports area and will be implemented first. The school area is not part of the contract. Access to the sports area is to be provided via Weinschenkstraße. The aim is to complete the sports area by the end of 2030. Subsequently, the school area will be implemented. The sports area includes the new construction of an association building with outdoor areas. The space programme for the new construction provides, among other things, collective changing rooms, individual changing rooms and a changing room for everyone including the associated wash areas.
