TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of engineering services for technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, service phases 1-3 and 8: School campus (GS/MS/HfK) Hanselmannstraße / Schleißheimer Straße. On the nearly 15,000 m² site in district 11 (Milbertshofen Am Hart) are located the 4-class primary school (GS) at Hanselmannstr. 45 and an associated mobile room unit (MRE) at Hanselmannstr. 44, the 4-class secondary school (MS) at Schleißheimer Str. 275 and the House for Children (HfK) at Schleißheimer Str. 279. A public foot and cycle path, extending the Hanselmannstraße, crosses the property and provides a connection from Hanselmann to Keferloherstraße. The existing school and daycare buildings are from different construction periods and are not listed as monuments.
