TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the construction of the fire station building of the Volunteer Fire Department Allach, Eversbuschstraße 134, Munich. The planning services will be awarded for plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 (wastewater, water and gas systems, heating supply systems, air-technical systems and building automation). The scope of services includes the required basic services of the assigned service phases in accordance with HOAI, including necessary special services. The planning must be carried out in accordance with the functional and operational requirements of a fire station building and in compliance with all relevant statutory, technical and fire protection legal requirements. The services include in particular the planning, sizing and design of the technical systems, as well as the preparation of the required planning and construction documentation. The specialist planning must be coordinated with the other parties involved in the planning and geared towards an economical, functional and sustainable implementation of the construction project.
