TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of planning services for Building Services Engineering (technical building equipment) – systems groups 4, 6 for the new construction of a correctional facility (JVA) at the Weißenfels site. The gross floor area (BGF) totals approximately 100,000 m². As things stand at present, the construction works are not intended to be awarded as separate trades, but to be provided by a (or several) general contractor/designer/contractor (GÜ/TÜ/GU). The project volume is currently estimated at 425 million EUR gross (KG 200-700). As things stand at present, the scope of services of the TGA planner for systems groups 4 and 6 includes the following staged commissioning: Stage 1 – HOAI (LPH) 1 and 2 Stage 2 – HOAI (LPH) 3 Stage 3 – HOAI (LPH) 4, partial HOAI (LPH) 5 (guideline details), partial HOAI (LPH) 6 (functional service description), partial HOAI (LPH) 7 (technical support for GU procurement procedures).
