TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of planning services for building services engineering – plant group 5 for the new construction of a correctional facility (JVA) at the Weißenfels site. The gross floor area (BGF) totals approximately 100,000 m². As things currently stand, the construction services are not to be provided by individual trades, but by one (or more) GÜ/TÜ/GU. The project volume is currently estimated at EUR 425 million gross KG 200-700. As things currently stand, the services of the building services engineering (TGA) planner for ALG 5 include the following phased commissioning: Phase 1 – LPH 1 and 2 Phase 2 – LPH 3 Phase 3 – LPH 4, partial LPH 5 (guidance details), partial LPH 6 (functional performance description), partial LPH 7 (technical support for GU award procedures).
