TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction site is located in the Stegermatt district in the south of Offenburg and is currently still part of the sports facilities of Offenburger FV on Badstraße. In future, this plot/building will be integrated as a permanent facility into the surroundings of the 2032 State Garden Show. The City of Offenburg plans, through the conversion and renovation of the building, to create an attractive catering offering that will be available to the public at this location in the new setting of Kinzigpark during and after the State Garden Show. Here: planning services for technical equipment: heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems (§§ 55/56 HOAI), stages LP 1-9 in steps, initially LP 1-3, plant groups 1/2/3/4/5/8 (§ 53 HOAI)
