TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction plot is located in the Stegermatt district in the south of Offenburg and is currently still part of the sports facilities of the Offenburger FV on Badstraße. In future, this plot/building will be integrated as a permanent facility into the surroundings of the State Garden Show 2032. The City of Offenburg plans, through the conversion and refurbishment of the building, to create an attractive catering offering that will be available to the public at this location during and after the State Garden Show in the new surroundings of the Kinzigpark.
