The services being tendered include in particular planning preparation and project coordination for the implementation of the newly structured basic hiking trail network. This includes setting up the project structures, coordinating with the stakeholders involved, carrying out workshops and coordination meetings, and collecting and documenting relevant information on site. In addition, the service includes the planning and creation of digital inventories (digital cadasters) for the implementation of the hiking trail network. These in particular include a signage and marking inventory, including the required wayfinding planning, an inventory for hiking orientation information boards, including their design, a dismantling inventory for signage and markings that are no longer needed, and a furnishings inventory for existing and planned pathside infrastructure.
