TENDER DESCRIPTION

AFK-Geothermie GmbH supplies the municipalities of Aschheim, Feldkirchen and Kirchheim near Munich with geothermal district heating and will further expand its district heating network in the years 2027 to 2029 in three construction phases. The contract includes the object planning for engineering structures (§§ 41 et seq. HOAI, service phases 2 to 8) including on-site construction supervision for distribution lines and service connections, as well as the specialist planning for technical equipment (§§ 53 et seq. HOAI, service phases 2 to 8) for the transfer stations. The award is carried out in stages: Stage 1 (construction phase 2027) is awarded; stages 2 (2028) and 3 (2029) are options without a call-off obligation. The construction phase 2027 includes seven sections of the distribution network with estimated construction costs of around EUR 2.15 million (net) as well as the associated service connections and transfer stations. The services must be completed by no later than 23.11.2029. At most three suitable applicants will be invited to submit tenders.
