TENDER DESCRIPTION

REWAG KG intends to plan and implement the expansion and decarbonization of the heat supply in the heat network Marina Quarter in Regensburg. This involves planning services (HOAI) for heat generation for feeding into a heat network. With this planning, REWAG KG aims to implement heat generation for feeding into a heat network according to the current criteria of the guideline for the federal funding of efficient heat networks (BEW). A transformation plan and a final report on the planning services performed must be prepared in accordance with BEW funding criteria (the guideline for the federal funding of efficient heat networks "BEW" dated 1 August 2022 and the provisions from the information leaflet "Application, technical requirements and proof of use" dated 01.04.2026, published by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control, must be observed in each case). The contractor must also incorporate the results of other trades (e.g., heat pipelines) into the final report of the planning services so that the report meets the minimum requirements according to the aforementioned guideline and information leaflet.
