II. Scope of services The services advertised here include the following planning services: 1. Basic service The basic services include land use planning of the land use plan in service phases 1 to 3 according to § 18 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 2 to § 18 para. 2 HOAI. The content of the service fully comprises all basic services of the individual service phases. The contract is awarded in stages: Stage 1 - Service phase 1: Preliminary draft for the early participation Stage 2 - Service phase 2: Draft for public display Stage 3 - Service phase 3: Plan for resolution Scale, depth of detail and legend are to be coordinated with the client before the start of the service provision. The contractor must deliver 7 copies of the plan in printed form as well as complete digital data according to section 3. 2. Special services In addition to the basic services, the following special services according to Annex 9 HOAI are to be provided. These must be specified separately in the offer.
